Paul had been arrested and stood trial for his faith—possibly, even his life. As the Jews' lawyer leveled the capital charges against him, Paul defended himself by sharing his testimony. His testimony in a public trial even led to an altar call. Pick up your Bible or device, and turn to Acts 26 to hear the story.
